Since 2004 the Homeowners Association of Sapphire Resorts has paid over $50 Million in HOA fees to our timeshare association partners which has allowed us to expand the great resorts and destinations available to our 15,000 members. Today, Sapphire Resorts pays over $8,000,000 in fees ANNUALLY to our participating timeshare associations.

The Homeowners Association of Sapphire Resorts is accepting proposals from other homeowners associations to accept their non-paying intervals for inclusion in our Club.
